Legal
Privacy
This privacy policy informs users of this website about the nature, scope and purpose of the
collection and use of personal data by NeLeSo GmbH.
Basics
This privacy policy is intended to inform users of this website about the nature, scope and
purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator NeLeSo GmbH. The
website operator takes your privacy very seriously and treats your personal data
confidentially and in accordance with statutory regulations.
As new technologies and the continuous development of this website may result in changes to
this privacy policy, we recommend that you read it again at regular intervals. Definitions of
terms used, such as “personal data” or “processing”, can be found in Art. 4 GDPR.
Access Data
We, the website operator or site provider, collect data about access to the website and store
it as server log files on the website server on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant
to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
The following data is logged:
- Visited website
- Time of access
- Amount of data sent in bytes
- Source or referrer from which you reached the page
- Browser used
- Operating system used
- IP address used
Server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored for
security reasons, for example to clarify cases of abuse. If data must be retained for
evidentiary reasons, it is excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally
clarified.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies and does not store any information in your browser (no
local storage, no tracking identifiers). For this reason, no cookie banner is displayed.
No third-party content or scripts are loaded; fonts are also served from our own server.
Web Analytics
We use the open-source software Umami to analyse the use of this website statistically.
Umami runs entirely on our own server in Germany; no data is transferred to third parties.
The software works without cookies and without persistent identifiers: it records the page
visited, the referrer, browser type, operating system, device type and country of origin.
The IP address is not stored; visits are distinguished using a daily-rotating,
non-reversible hash. Individual persons are not identified, and no cross-site tracking
takes place.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis and improvement of
our online offering pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact Form
If you use our contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address,
optionally company, your topic and message) to handle and answer your enquiry. The data is
stored on our own server and additionally delivered to us by email; we use IONOS SE as a
processor for email delivery. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual
measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. This data is not passed on to third parties without your
consent.
Newsletter
To send you our newsletter, we process your email address. Registration uses a
double-opt-in procedure: after signing up you receive an email with a confirmation link;
your subscription only becomes effective once confirmed. The legal basis is your consent
pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email
or by writing to neleso@neleso.com. The data is
stored on our own server; we use IONOS SE as a processor for email delivery.
Collection and Processing of Personal Data
The website operator collects, uses and discloses your personal data only if this is
permitted by law or if you consent to the data collection.
Personal data includes all information that can be used to identify you and can be traced
back to you, for example your name, email address and phone number. You can also visit this
website without providing personal information.
To improve our online offering, however, we store access data to this website without
personal reference. This access data includes, for example, the file requested by you or the
name of your internet provider. By anonymizing the data, conclusions about your person are
not possible.
Handling Contact Data
If you contact us as the website operator through the available contact options, your details
will be stored so that they can be used to process and answer your inquiry. This data will
not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
User Rights
As a user, you have the right to request free information about which personal data has been
stored about you. You also have the right to correct incorrect data and to restrict the
processing or delete your personal data. If applicable, you may also exercise your right to
data portability.
If you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with
the competent supervisory authority.
Deletion of Data
Unless your request conflicts with a statutory obligation to retain data, you have a right to
deletion of your data. Data stored by us will be deleted if it is no longer required for its
intended purpose and there are no statutory retention periods.
If deletion cannot be carried out because the data is required for permissible legal
purposes, processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked and not
processed for other purposes.
Right to Object
Users of this website may exercise their right to object and object to the processing of
their personal data at any time. If you would like correction, blocking, deletion or
information about the personal data stored about you, or if you have questions regarding the
collection, processing or use of your personal data, or if you wish to revoke consent, please
contact us at: neleso@neleso.com.
