NeLeSo CPMS Toolkit
Your CPMS, built from 19 modules – source code included.
Operator portal, Eichrecht-compliant billing, smart charging and 16 more modules – as SaaS, on-premises or appliance, always with an identical feature set. White-label ready for your brand.
Every module is one of our proven software building blocks, running in productive operation with charge point operators.
Modules
19 modules in five clusters.
Every module runs on its own via open APIs – or as part of the full CPMS. Core modules are marked in dark.

Billing & Compliance
Compliance is prepared – and properly placed in the project.
OCMF-signed meter values under German calibration law (Eichrecht), XRechnung and ZUGFeRD e-invoicing for B2B, SEPA direct debit and VAT/OSS are prepared as building blocks. In the project we clarify evidence chains, roles and operating model so billing fits your offer. On request, everything runs GDPR-compliant on your own infrastructure.
- OCMF-signed meter values, verifiable with transparency software
- XRechnung & ZUGFeRD for B2B and public-sector billing
- GDPR-compliant operation on your own infrastructure

Smart Charging & Load Management
Avoid peak loads, prioritise solar power.
The smart charging module distributes the available power across all charge points at a site in real time. Peak loads are avoided, the grid connection is used to the full instead of being expensively upgraded – and surplus PV power goes into the vehicles first.
- Real-time load distribution across every charge point on site
- Cap peak loads and make full use of the grid connection
- PV integration: charge on surplus solar power first
Operating models
SaaS, on-premises or appliance – your call.
SaaS
Hosted and operated by NeLeSo, updates included. The fastest route from kick-off to the first billed charging session.
On-premises
On your own infrastructure: full data sovereignty, GDPR-compliant operation, with zero cloud dependency if required.
Appliance
Delivered pre-configured in a rack: connect, switch on, charge. For depots and sites that need to run autonomously.
The feature set is identical across all three models – and the source code is part of the package. No vendor lock-in: you can run and evolve the toolkit yourself at any time. In concrete terms: the code lives with you, your team has full access and modification rights, and operations work without us – the details are set out in a clear licence model we disclose before signing.
White label
Your CPMS, your brand.
For software and mobility providers who want to offer charging features inside their own product – without years of in-house development.
- Your brand and your look – from the portal to the invoice
- Your own domain for driver, fleet and operator portals
- Open APIs for integrating into your product
- Modules integrate individually – add only what you are missing
- Multi-tenant by design: run several clients on one instance
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about the CPMS Toolkit.
What does it cost to get started?
Pricing is transparent: SaaS from €5.90 per charge point per month, managed cloud in your Azure/AWS tenant from €4,900 setup plus €490/month and €1.90 per charge point, self-managed from €18,000/year – full details under operating models & pricing on the building-blocks page. In a live demo we work out which modules you need and prepare a concrete quote.
How long does the rollout take?
Typically 6–10 weeks from kick-off to production: first a proof of concept with your real charge points, then a staged transition into regular operation.
Can I start with a single module?
Yes. That is exactly what the toolkit is built for: every module runs on its own via open APIs – for example just compliant billing or just the driver portal – and can be extended with further modules later.
Is German calibration law (Eichrecht) really covered?
Yes. Meter values are stored with OCMF signatures and can be verified with transparency software. We place Eichrecht, billing and the evidence chain properly in the project, so your charging infrastructure can bill reliably.
